Two 13 x 19 Printed Sheets of a vintage crib from the Crèchemania Collection, the Oinochoe Nativity is made up of five layers that include a slanted straw roof that rests on wooden beams. On the left of the manger front a Magi kneels, a basket of fruit and an oinochoe – a Classical Greek wine pouring vessel — by his feet. On the right, another Magi stands tall in his ostrich feathers headdress. Inside are pictured the Holy Family and the third King of the East who kneels, resting on his curved, bejeweled, scimitar sword.
