 | | This animation shows that three folds is all that's needed to "assemble" the Nativity Triptych. | | | | The animation at left shows the simplicity of the Nativity Triptych:the side pieces fold down, the gable and platform move up, and your 3-dimensional nativity is assembled!
A five-pointed Bethlehem Star sheds its rays on a manger shaded by palms.
On the left panel, A crowned King of the East stands, while his attendant, on bended knee, offers gifts to the Newborn Child cradled in his mother's lap.
On the center panel, the Virgin Mary is seated by the manger, Joseph, crook in hand, brings his hands together in worship, and a young shepherd boy is doing his best two restrain two energetic rams.
On the right panel one Magi, in Oriental costume, kneels offering his gifts, and another, in colorful turban, stands, hands in prayer.
At the front, a three-step platform swings up to lock the sides together, and the front gable, likewise, fits by two tabs in the roof, creating this easy-to-assembleNativity Triptych.
